Hi, this is my first time here.. my com always becomes slow and laggs alot..
jus format not long ago.. need advice on how to maintain it.. thanx!!

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [elky_wRxakN] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wrwdjqzf.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [FASTTRACKNETVISION] C:\WINDOWS\NETVISION.exe -A

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [FASTTRACKNETVISION] C:\WINDOWS\NETVISION.exe -A

O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Delete all of the following noted (in red) file(s)/FOLDER(s) you can find:

c:\windows\netvision.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\ptqqv.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\wrwdjqzf.exe <— file

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)

but i notice something..
u told me to delete

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.

This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only

Don't run it yet.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [elky_wRxakN] C:\WINDOWS\System32\klvhzabn.exe

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Close the program.

Delete all of the following noted (in red) file(s)/FOLDER(s) you can find:

c:\windows\system32\klvhzabn.exe <— file

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)
