Hello -
After returning home and bumping a roommate from the PC, I notice that opening programs takes longer than pouring cold molasses. I reboot and an error message pops up;
"RUNDLL
Error loading }Aow_viwzow
The specified module could not be found."
(To be precise, the o's have the ~ above them, there's a box in the _ between the w & v, the i is topped with a ', and the z has the small 'u' over it)
And the same error will pop up, unprompted, about 10-15 minutes later, but not a third time.
The internet works fine, but all programs take 5+minutes to do various tasks (ctrl+alt+del puts taskmanager in the taskbar but won't load onscreen for 5+ min.), and at that point I do a reboot. Apparently there was a virus caught by AVG earlier but was reportedly healed.
Any idea what the gibberish means and what I can do?
Thanks, K
