please help. this computer has already had to go through 2 PCrestores recommended by dell personel, and had it's memory changed/fixed… not exactly sure. but it's been working fine until it started slowing down again. doing research i'm pretty sure its the mljji.dll downloader. i would very much appreciate the help.

Welcome to the forum :wavey:

Download VundoFix.exe to your desktop from here:

VundoFix.exe

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

1. Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
2. Click the Scan for Vundo button.
3. Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
4. You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES.
5. Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
6. When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
7. Turn your computer back on.

Post a new HijackThis! log, along with the contents of this file:

C:\vundofix.txt

into this thread.

After updating you must remove previous versions via "Add/Remove Programs".
