Bad infection

I've got a pretty bad bug on this system. First off, it hasn't been detected by any A/V software. Spybot/Adaware just remove the compoents that the bug downloads - later the bug just redownloads everything again. I even get random audio clips played through my speakers. I've run ethereal just to see what the heck is going on:

a ton of lookups to yieldmanager.com, advert3.nmsrv.com, and others.

Close all Browser and Program Windows and have HijackThis fix the following.
Do this by checking the box beside each and then clicking on Fix checked.
