My Hijack Log, looks ok but is it?

Well recently my computer's been acting a little funny. Some programs take a long time to open and some things are generally getting a little sluggish. I have an excellent anti-virus/firewall software from Shaw, my local ISP, and it has been detecting startup changes when I boot up my computer, one of them I clicked on to investigate this morning was called DCPpaid.exe
Reading up on that after a quick google search it seems it's a trojan or virus of some sort, however when I went to check out the file itself in my WINDOWS/system32 folder it seems it is related to DriveCryptPlus which is an encryption program I use to protect my hard drives.
Anyways I just did a quick look over my log and it *seems* to look ok, not sure if Hijack is missing something or maybe it's just me who missed something :P (early in the morning here and doing this just before I head off to work).

Anyways here is my log, would appreciate if someone could have a look over and let me know if anything seems suspicious.

Hello johnnykeg, Welcome to the forum.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\DCPPaid.exe
The purpose of DCPPaid.exe is to keep reminding the user that
his
DriveCrypt Plus Pack evaluation period has expired and he should now
uninstall the software. We Did not think it fair to deny him access
to his
disks, or suddenly remind him that it would be unavailable pretty
soon, so
we designed this reminder program, which cannot be removed without
uninstalling DriveCrypt Plus Pack. The DCPPaid file is not spyware
,

I only see one bad guy

I am curious about this:
10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'winsflt.dll' missing

I have a feeling this might have something to do with DriveCrypt as well. My internet acess just randomly dies and I can't access any websites, yet I can still receive files in transfer (providing they were already transferring) and I get responses when I ping websites from cmd. Any idea what this could be about?
Other than this my winamp randomly won't open. I click it to open and nothing happens, so I check the windows task manager and see 'winamp.exe' in there as many times as I have clicked it, however it never opens no matter how long I wait. Restarting or uninstalling/reinstalling it is the only way to get it to run when it decides to do this. Other than these two things, everything *seems* to be fine with the exception of some programs/folders opening a little more sluggish than usual, and on other days they open fine. It's like something comes out of nowhere every now and then and messes about with my computer, some days its fine other days it's not

Anyways, thank you for your help so far. If there's any more information you can provide from this point it would be a big help.

Whne the internet seems slow, If you have a external modem / router, shut everything down, remove the power from them and wait about 5 mins. Plug the power back in and restart. I have to do this about once a week myself.

lets see if this will help speed it up.

Backup your Registry…
- Press "CTRL - ALT - DEL" keys all at the same time to start "Task Manager"
- In the Task Manager window click on "File", then from the drop-down menu select "New Task (Run…)"
- In the "Create New Task" window enter\type "regedit" (without quotes)
- Once Regedit opens click on the FILE menu and select Export
- Save the file as backup. Save the file somewhere you will remember and not delete.
IMPORTANT: make sure to set the export range to ALL

I recommend you download RegSeeker. Extract it to it's own folder, open and double click RegSeeker.exe to start the program. Maximize the window and click clean registry. Check all sections and click OK. When the scan is complete, verify the backup box in lower left corner is checked and click the select all button, then select all again. Then right click within the search results and select delete. Run it again and again, deleting everything it finds until it finds nothing. Reboot and make sure your programs are working properly, control panel and add/remove programs windows open, etc (basically just do a quick check of everything). In the event anything was 'broken', you can open RegSeeker, click backups and double click any/all files to put the information back. A reboot may be required for the effects to be seen. Reboot When done.

NOTE: To be extra safe you can choose to only remove the items in RED.
