Help!!!! Unwanted re-directs when I use Internet Explorer. I've ran Ad-Aware Spybot and CWS shredder. Still re-directing. Any help much appreciated……..

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:

Save it to your desktop and run it.

Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.

The fix will begin; follow the prompts.

You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.

Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

Once the desktop loads "copy/paste" the text that will open (report.txt) and a new HijackThis! log into this thread.

In the windows control panel. If you are using Windows XP's Category View, select the Network and Internet Connections category otherwise double click on Network Connections.

Then right click on your default connection, usually local area connection for cable and dsl, and left click on properties. Click the Networking tab. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the radio dial that says Obtain DNS servers automatically

Press OK twice to get out of the properties screen and reboot if it asks.

That option might not be avaiable on some systems

Now, go to:

Start –> Run

In the box type in cmd then hit (or click OK)

In the DOS window on the screen type this:

ipconfig /flushdns

Then hit

That's "ipconfig[SPACE]/flushdns"

Then close the DOS window when the command is completed.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!
Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

Hi Micah_6:8, thanks for your continuing support. Good news, no more re-directs!!
However now when I log on to windows the following text pops up in a box

Windows cannot load the users profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system.
DETAIL - incorrrect function

The box counts down from 30 to 0. Though after either waiting for the countdown or interrupting it to press OK, my desktop appears as it should do.
I have re-booted it a few times but the box keeps popping up when logging on. Is it something to be concerned with?
