Lately i have been having weird problems with who the hell knows what, here it goes:

It all started when i was playing GunZ (an online game), everything was going fine untill my screen jumped UP and right clicked by itself EVERY fourty seconds, at first i thought, ok its fine, i turned off GunZ and start just moving my mouse left and right on my desktop just to make sure it is a virus, every fourty or so seconds my mouse would automatically right click, so i ran a virus scan. The virus scan came up with a trojan downloader and some other spyware/adware, i qaurantined it then deleted them, after this i thought, awesome, now its ok but now, just recently the right click problem has just started comming back, its becomming a real problem, im yet to run another virus scan because i know i deleted those infects as i mentioned befor.

Can anybody please help me? Should i disable my mouse and take a look at it?

UPDATE:
Which ones should i get rid of? (somebody on anoter forum suggeted i look here):

You have a high load of items loading at start up……
You can disable them and it is totally safe…..
go to start……click on run………the box will open and type in msconfig…..click OK
From there look for Startup Selection…….and click on selective.
Now click on the start up tab……..
Check every entry you have there here at
StartupList Index…@CastleCops

The entry's there with no names should also have the check mark removed….

When done click at the bottom on OK……..this will not take effect until you reboot.
Then when booting up a window will open stating a change was made in windows start up………click the small box for do not show me this again…..
See if this helps…….

And its a good idea to run other virus scans as well…..

Trend Micro free scan

Panda free virus scan
Thanks but i only made 3 not start up, none were really viruses, although, i didn't really take a huge look in the task manager because i find it a little hard to understand what is what
I saw several items on your start up list that can be removed….and a few that have instructions to check for updates often……That can pull on your CPU and will cause it to go high.
If you have questions about items in task manager……
Open task manager and go to this site and check what they are…….OR go to google and type the description in….
Answers that work…..task manager descriptions
Ok, thanks im going to check it out now EDIT: I checked out every single one of them, all were ok, i dont know what you were talking about saying some weren't needed….?
From the list of what I can see……I'll tell you which ones to disable at start up…..
After you do this I'm sure you'll see an improvement……..
Actually what is needed is windows operating files and your antivirus and firewall protection…..
Other items can be used when you click on the icons or visit a web site that needs the program….

URLLSTCK.exe—leave checked…
DELLMMKB.EXE—-if your using a Multimedia keyboard control for Dell based PCs - only required if you use the multimedia keys
bpcable.exe—–uncheck….Telstra Bigpond Cable login software. Can be started manually
HPWuSchd2.exe—uncheck….HP software updates. If a shortcut doesn't exist, create your own and run it manually
SNDMon….leave checked
jusched…….uncheck
qttask…….uncheck
MsgPlus……..uncheck
Remove the check for the entry with no program name
ccApp…..leave checked
msnmsgr……uncheck
WkDetect…..uncheck
Adobe Reader….uncheck
HP Digital Imaging…..uncheck
HP Image Zone…..uncheck

thats all you had on your list that was in the image you supplied.
Those items are safe to disable at startup.
