Hello and welcome to the forum. I am afraid this is a little worse than spyware. You are being hijacked by some folks in the Ukraine, see this: http://whois.domaint...m/85.255.116.19 This infection is being called Wareout and we will go after it first.
You also have this worm running from your services: http://securityrespo.../w32.wallz.html Please take the time to read about the worm, I can help remove it but you have to repair any security damage done by it. As I read this it appears a fully updated system is protected from this worm. Are your windows criticals up to date. I also wish to suggest that in order to deny access to your computer by these hijackers, that you stay offline as much as possible until you are clean.

Credit to: LonnyRJones, Swandog46, and AutoDad.

You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.sub.../Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingc.../Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your Desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.

Finally, please post a fresh HijackThis log, along with the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt

Now lets check some settings on your system.
(2000/XP) Only
In the windows control panel. If you are using Windows XP's Category View, select the Network and Internet Connections category otherwise double click on Network Connections. Then right click on your default connection, usually local area connection for cable and dsl, and left click on properties. Click the Networking tab. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the radio dial that says Obtain DNS servers automatically
Press OK twice to get out of the properties screen and reboot if it asks.
That option might not be avaiable on some systems
Next Go start run type cmd and hit OK
type
ipconfig /flushdns
then hit enter, type exit hit enter
(that space between g and / is needed)

Stay in this same thread and post the C:\fixwareout\report.txt, a new HJT log and any comments you think will help. If Wareout is gone, we will then go after the other trojan.

Thanks...pskelley

Hey Steve, looks like you did a great job with the Wareout fix  here is the other worm, I already gave you the Symantec read on it, this is what CastleCops has to say: http://castlecops.com/O23.html
Windows 32-bit PnP Driver X winpnp32.exe W32.Wallz Worm. Owner:Unkown. Symantec Location: C:\Windows\System for (9X) or C:\Winnt\System32 for (NT\2000) and C:\Windows\System32 for (XP)
I would like to do a little cleaning as we remove this one. Let me know with your next post how the computer is running, thanks.

1) If you would like to check this item before removing it: C:\WINDOWS\System32\winpnp32.exe You can do that at one or more of these free online scans:
http://virusscan.jotti.org/
http://www.kaspersky.com/scanforvirus
http://www.virustota...h/index_en.html

2) Disable the Service
Click Start > Run and type services.msc
Scroll down to Windows 32-bit PnP Driver and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.

Delete the Service
Open HijackThis and click Config -> Misc Tools -> Delete an NT service.
In the Delete window, type (winpnp32) and press OK.
OK any prompts, close HijackThis, and restart your computer.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

(This may be gone, just double checking)

O23 - Service: Windows 32-bit PnP Driver (winpnp32) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\winpnp32.exe (file missing)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Enable hidden files&folders..reverse the process when finished.
