Hijack This Log

I was recommended to come here for help. I was the victim of a Paypal email scam (Yes, I do feel stupid), where I clicked a link and entered personal information. I've since changed passwords and my bank account is closed, so that part is taken care of. I did a virus scan and nothing came up, but someone told me to post this log here to make sure I don't have some sort of keylogger. :\ Thank you very much to anyone who can help me.

Okay, there you go. Um, it's been behaving just fine since before I posted my first HJT log. I was having trouble with my browsers just now after I did my Ewido scan. A few times they froze up.. but it appears to be working now.
