I uninstalled Spybot - Search & Destroy v.1.4 because of the problems that it manifested. After running HiJackThis I notices multiple code 015 entries. I ran HiJackThis again with the code 015 entries clecked and told the program to fix checked, I re-ran the program but the entries still persist. What is 015 and how do you fix it? A copy of my scanlog is listed below.

It isn't entirely accuarate about the "O15" entries, in that they cannot always be removed using HijackThis! (as you have already discovered).

I've used this several times to fix the problem you have with the "O15" entries.

Copy the contents of the following quote box into Notepad:

Save it to the desktop as fixme.reg

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Now the fixme.reg file on the desktop.

You will receive a prompt similar to: "Do you wish to merge the information into the registry?".

Answer 'Yes' and wait for a message to appear similar to "Merged Successfully".

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new Hijack This! log file into this thread.
