You are running HJT from a temporary file or desktop we will be cleaning out all of you temp. files latter you will need to make a new folder for HijackThis. Instructions can be found here.

Please download Winhelp2002's deldomain.inf to your desktop. http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf

Right-click on the deldomains.inf file and select 'Install'
It will not appear to have done anything, thats ok.

***Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE/Spyads, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE/Spyads, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.

Next, run a couple of online virus scans. Note what was found and not cleanable.

http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/co…n_principal.htm

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Reboot after scanning and post a new HJT log.
Thank you for your help. One thing I've noticed since my original post: The error code in the task bar is now gone and my junk mail folder is now all of a sudden deleting my mail from its location. This however is random. I did just notice today that a windows update effecting the junk mail filter in outlook was offering a patch. (My windows updates are all current). Although I have outlook express and the problem has been occurring in ie, I'm not so sure if my problem is somehow linked? Thank you, little eagle for your help with my problem. Sandra
