A couple of questions for you.

The 015 entries in the trusted zone, it looks like something your wife may use on a work computer. If I am wrong let me know and we can fix them


The 017 entries, these to look like something your wife uses at work, let me know if not we can fix them.



This line is coming up as adware, is this something that you know about that your wife uses?? If not you can fix it with HJT.

Is she experiencing any issues that may lead you to think you have a virus or such because the rest of the log looks to be in pretty good shape.

Ken, the 015 lines are partially okay. This one is my business computer, and I regularly visit and use the materials provided at the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) site for tax law research in my tax law practice. The last three 015 lines, however, I will fix with HJT because I don't want them in the trusted zone. Frankly, I do not know how they got there. In the 017 department, the entries all relate to a former employer, where I had this same computer, and was always in that domain. Now that I am no longer employed there, I guess I can safely fix all of them with HJT. The last one you mention relates to the webcast service (eBlvd) we used to use at my former employer. Again, since I am gone from there, I think I will fix it with HJT. No, there does not appear to me to be anything wrong with this second computer, but I rely on it daily for my livelihood, and after the good results with my wife's computer in the first exercise, I thought it best to check this other one out. I am glad you think the rest of the log is in good shape, so I will leave well enough alone. This service is worth a lot, and I will be making a donation, thanks to you. I will apply all of your regular maintenance advice from your review of my wife's computer to this one, too. Thank you again, Hasbro
