Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.sub.../Fixwareout.exe
http://swandog46.gee.../Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make
sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow
the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

When your system reboots, follow the prompts. Afterwards, HijackThis
will launch. Please click Scan,
and check the following items:

To create a mergeable .reg file follow these simple instructions

1) Create a new file on your Desktop with Notepad
2) Copy the information with CTRL+C from the reg file on this page starting with the line that reads REGEDIT4.
3) Paste the information into the Notepad file
4) You must hit the Enter Key to place an extra line at the end
5) Then save it with a descriptive name and the extension .reg
6) Double click to merge it into your registry. That's it.

Click \start\run\then type in or paste in

sfc /scannow

You must be logged on as a member of the Administrators group to run sfc.

If sfc discovers that a protected file has been overwritten, it retrieves the correct version of the file from the %systemroot%\system32\dllcache folder, and then replaces the incorrect file.

Try this link if you have any trouble.

Hi. If you don't mind, there's a couple more things I'd like you to try.
1. Please go here:
c:\windows\resources\themes
Find luna.theme

Double click it. A window will pop up. Hit 'OK'

2. Please take a screenshot of your desktop by pressing the print screen button. It is located at the top right corner of your keyboard. Then go to start->run->mspaint
Hit edit->paste
Then go to file->saveas
Save the file to your desktop as image.jpg
IMPORTANT: make sure to change the file type from .bmp to .jpg on the drop down box.
Then go here:
http://www.imageshack.us
Upload your image, and then paste the top line for me to see.

3.
Download http://www.bleepingc...es/winpfind.php

Extract WinPFind.zip to your c:\ folder.
Please print these instructions as you will be going into safe mode.
Reboot your computer into Safe Mode by following the following steps:

Reboot.
When the machine first starts again it will generally list some equipment that is installed in your machine, amount of memory, hard drives installed etc. At this point you should gently tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a Windows XP Advanced Options menu.
Select the option for Safe Mode using the arrow keys.
Then press enter on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode

Then open c:\WinPFind and double-click on WinPFind.exe. When the program is open, click on the Start Scan button to scart scanning your computer. Be patient as this scan may take a while. When it is done, it will show a log and tell you the scan is completed. Reboot your computer back to normal mode and and post the contents of c:\WinPFind\WinPFind.txt as a reply to this topic.

Hi I couldnt host them on imageshack because they were too big (3mbs) so I hosted them on photobucket the link is : desktop pictures

I never really said how this happned, I was configuring my router, I was trying to ping it to see if it had a connection since it wasn't connecting to the internet, so I disabled my pc-cillin firewall and go on to finish configuring the router again, then do same with other pcs, but when I come back to my pc like in 8 mins or so, I see the razespyware picture. I know I didn't have any spyware infections or so because I had run 3 scans(ad-aware/spybot/pc-cillin) before setting up the router.

Thanks for all the help guys,
Andrew
