:weee: I am desparate for help. I have an Optiplex GX 270 Dell computer. I had no admin password for Windows XP, and was told to pull the password jumper - which I did. The system was supposed to erase all passwords and allow me to enter a new one, did that. However, now when I turn on my system I get a black screen with this message: Type the password and … – Press [Enter] to leave password security enabled – [Ctrl] [Enter] to disable password security. Enter password: But my keyboard is non responsive, no keys are working. I have tried unplugging and replugging all connections nothing works. I can't boot the system from the CD ROM drive, can't get past that screen. What can I do. :rofl:
