Possible virus - Please help with HJT log

Hi
I have ran Spybot S&D, Panda Scan, Ewido and still have problems with internet. IT will open up, but then moves slowly until it freezes. Then it locks up everything. I am not sure what I am looking for or what to remove from the most recent HJT log:

Welcome to the forum.

Print these instructions out for use in Safe Mode.

Download System Security Suite v1.04 here
Tutorial here.

Then download VundoFix© by Atri to your desktop.

Double-click VundoFix.exe to extract the files
This will create a VundoFix© folder on your desktop.
After the files are extracted, please reboot your computer into Safe Mode. Instructions here.
Once in safe mode open the VundoFix© folder and doubleclick on KillVundo.bat
You will first be presented with a warning. Press enter to continue....
At this point press enter one time.
Next you will see:Please Type in the filepath as instructed by the forum staff
and then press enter:
Now type the following file path (make sure to enter it exactly as below!) then Press Enter :
C:\WINDOWS\System32\geeda.dll
Then you will see: Please type in the second filepath as instructed by the forum
staff then press enter:
Now type the following file path (make sure to enter it exactly as below!) then Press Enter :
C:\WINDOWS\System32\adeeg.*
The fix will run then HijackThis will open, if it does not open automatically please open it manually.
In HiJackThis, please place a check next to the following items and click FIX CHECKED:

With a new HiJackThis log and the vundofix.txt file from the vundofix folder into this topic.

How's it running??

It's recommended to remove DellMyWaySearch from your computer, it's up to you.

If you decide to do it, just run this uninstaller:
