Well..actually.. theres a "process of elimination" you need to go through. First.. You wouldnt want to use NTFS if you have only 10 or 20gb's to work with. Second… do you play games (are u a gamer)? Games run more more smoothly on NTFS (as NTFS is not compressed).

Well.. As fbelzile said. You should really use NTFS but we are splitting hairs here. if its 40 or less.. personal prefference.. i would use fat32
