I found another post that described the "Leopard Search Toolbar" as something to be removed from the HijackThis Log, but it seems that I have the folder/files in the "Program Files" folder of Windows but it has not been installed. I did find the following in my HijackThis log: "R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing" where I found the "Leopard Search Toolbar" in other users logs. Should I just manually delete the Leopard folder from the Program Files, or may that trigger another problem? Also, I have tried to search for a file found called "aredbookh.exe" that is in my HijackThis log and found in my Program Files. The HijackThis log entry is: "04 - HKLM\..\Run: [aredbookh] C:\Program Files\aredbookh.exe" Again, I do not seem to have any problems with the computer…I just HATE malware that sneaks into my computer (this is actually my friend's computer that I am cleaning). Anyone with recommendations on either issue is appreciated. John
hi JohnETough,

look in the add/remove programs panel for a "uninstaller" first
next look in the actual folder itself in c:\program files for a uninstaller.
run the uninstaller first if present—- before deleteing a folder in c:\program files

04 - HKLM\..\Run: [aredbookh] C:\Program Files\aredbookh.exe

select that line and have hjt "fix" it.
then check in c:\program files to make sure its gone.
