One of my users clicked on a link in AIM for something about "check out my new picture on MYSPACE.com" and got hit with a virus, Symantec calls hacktool.rootkit. Everywhere I've checked it gives me a different answer or response. I have tried going into safe mode, removing the files, running virus scan, using Microsoft anti-spyware, Trend Micro Worm Removal, etc. Nothing fixes it. I ran the HijackThis and here is my log. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. This spread to 3 other PCs (not via AIM either) and potentially two of my servers.
