AdCkicker AJ Trojan

I keep getting a McAfee box saying that I have a AdClicker AJ trojan. I've run my spyware, and virus scan in safe mode (system restore off). After safe mode virus is deleted. Once I start back up, that box reappears saying that the virus has been deleated, and that I must restart the computer. Please help.
