Problem With Smart-finder Homepage

Hi,

The smart-finder page has taken over my homepage and everytime I reset my homepage, it always comes back. I'm trying to use hijackthis to get rid of it. I scanned my computer with hijackthis and this is what I get (hijackthis log):

Hi qwerty12,

Welcome to TomCoyote Forums. You have a CoolWebSearch infection - that's a nasty browser hijacker. :( You also have LimeShop, but let's get the CoolWebSearch first.

To clean it up, we need to download and run a special program that's made just for this problem. Go to this site http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip and download CWShredder. Unzip it to any convenient PERMANENT folder (such as C:\CWS) and run it. Be sure to click on FIX (not SCAN, which will NOT fix anything), and let it fix everything it finds. After the program finishes, turn your computer OFF for at least 30 seconds.

Then, reboot and run HijackThis. CLOSE ALL WINDOWS EXCEPT THE ONE IT'S RUNNING IN, and put a check mark in the box at the left of ONLY the items listed below (some of these items may already be gone). Click FIX CHECKED and let it run.

REBOOT into SAFE MODE (tap F8 after the BIOS loads, or use whatever procedure your computer requires). Find and DELETE the following:

C:\Program Files\LimeShop\ <—-ENTIRE FOLDER

REBOOT into Normal Mode and post a fresh log to see if any further cleanup actions are needed.

Thank you for replying, However, we still have a problem! When I try to go to the page you've suggested to download the CWShredder, the smart-finder homepage appears instead. I tried other ways to acquire the CWShredder but everytime I click to download it, the smart-finder homepage constantly comes up. What do I do? Thank you for your time. qwerty12

Add this one to the list that k3dc provided and fix with HJT:

Make sure all the others have been removed, reboot and you should be good to go.
