Hello,

First, I having problems with normal start up, stating i have a memory error, read/write, decreasing memory, etc…The only way the computer starts up somewhat OK is with the use of "last known configuration". Norton AV, Spybot, Ad-awre all find nothing on my system as far as virus, trojan, etc….is concerned. But yet my laptop seems to be moving slower by the day, to the point where it seems like it is not going to boot up and get me 2 windows. When I do eventually get things going, and on line, I sometimes get to TOSW in my Taskbar (actually 2 are there as I am writing this), when before, I would have the usual one. Also while on line, I seem to lately get alot of the time, the Norton Virus warning popping up alot for no reason (it even pops up, after I have logged off)..seeing as I havent had a problem on these webpages before. I checked on a friends computer to see if the websites might have something bad, but this is not the case. I Have a Dell Latitude laptop running windows 2000. Just would like to know what is on my laptop, that the virus scanners aren't finding. Been having this problem for over a week.

Thank you
