I had quite a few problems with my computer. I ran several programs for spyware/adware removal. After running Hijackthis, I resolved all issues except this one:
O23 - Service: IA Analysing v2.0 (IACtrl) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Pointdev\Ideal Administration\IACtrl.exe (file missing)
I can't find any information on IACtrl.exe. Does anyone know what this is for? Should I remove it?

If you need to ask why it is on your computer you might want to get rid of it.
