I run the below mentioned version of ZA and recently encountering much problems. Most of the progs are showing the file names are corrupt and size of file is always 0 kb. In some cases where the files are mentioned the size of file is 0 kb. The product name of these entries are also missing. Having said that there are two files in particular which is causing me concern and they are (DGSERIAL.exe and LZ3LEDLG.exe). These two files always appear wanting confirmation whether to allow or not. The fact that I do not recogize which programs they use I deny them access. There are times when I start my PC when I get warning about these two files
saying that the application failed to initialize properly 0xC0000142 and that I should click ok to terminate the application. Hopefully my predicament is appreciated. I have also come across where it is stated that these two files are malicious and was prevented from running on my PC.

ZoneAlarm Pro version:6.0.667.000
TrueVector version:6.0.667.000
Driver version:6.0.667.000
Anti-spyware engine version:4.0.9.21
Anti-spyware signature DAT file version :01.200511.173

I have run several programs in an effort to find any thing unusual but they all came up as clean. I am now enclosing a copy of HJT hoping someone might be able to advise if there is anything there which might be causing my problems.

thks

Do a search for the files.

And uplaod them here

Scrowl down and Click Open Manage Attachments:

Click Browse:
Go to the location of the file...
