Backweb problem

I am getting an error on boot-up that I cannot get rid of. The error is "Could not load target dll ("C:\Program Files\Backweb\Backweb Client\6.2.3.66L\Program\Backweb.dll", error code 126). I have run both Spybot and Ad-Aware with the appropriate settings, but still get the error. Below is my log file.

:D This thread can be closed. I figured out that the Compaq Connections was what was causing the error to occur on startup. I disabled it in the startup list and the problem is no longer present.
