I've run the gamut over the last week and some days. I ran Spybot, Ad-Aware, Microsofts Anti-Spyware Beta, Ewido, and MWTI's Escan suite...and I think that's it. None of it has found what is causing my current situation.

A little over a week ago I know my browser was being jacked. As soon as I realized what was going on, I shut things down but obviously not before the majority of the payload was delivered. When I shut my machine down, I recieve two errors on a consistent basis. One refers to "NMESDART.EXE," and the second, "PFSTOR.EXE." I have figured out that these two are the culprits behind the continuous pop-ups I get. I only get the pop-ups when a browser is up (IE). I've googled both names and I haven't found anything to this point. Another thing that I have noticed is that there is a directory being plunked into my Program Files called "PUB." I've deleted it twice now and it is usually back by the time I get up the next day. At first it was so bad I kept getting massive lock-ups and blue screens. Now, I get them but only when I plug in my iPod or Digital Camera and that's after the machine has been up and running for a while. It's just an ugly, ugly situation and I'm at my wits end with it now.

Following is what my latest HiJackThis log looks like:
