Please download CWShredder, from one of the following sites.

First, be sure to update CWShredder.

Then close every window, disconnect from Internet and doubleclick the CWShredder icon on your Desktop.
Click Fix and then Next, let it fix everything it asks about.

Then, please reboot.

Next:
We need to temporarily disable SpySweeper, as it will attempt to prevent us from making the necessary changes.
To disable SpySweeper:

Open it and click >Options over to the left then >program options >Uncheck "load at windows startup".
Over to the left click "shields" and uncheck all there.
Uncheck "home page shield".
Uncheck 'automaticly restore default without notifiction".
Reverse the process when we have finished.

Next:
Close all windows and browsers, leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://g.msn.com/0SEENUS/SAOS01
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank

The following are optional fixes:
If you know and trust them, then keep them.

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.


Reboot , enable hidden files and post a fresh Hijack This log in this topic.

Your Hijack This logfile looks to be clean. Has the popup problem been resolved ?
I would recommend trying Mozillas Firefox browser. It is much safer to use on the Internet and includes a popup blocker. I see you do use the Google Toolbar, which also has a popup blocker.
