res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776
I am able to go in and change it but after i reboot my computer it comes right back up to that address
I ran spybot and there were a few files that needed to be fixed but when I tried to change it again and restart my computer it came back again. The good thing is i am able to change the start up page the bad thing is when i restart my computer it goes right back to that address
I ran the hackjack this software and this is what is what it came back with
Thanks for any help anbody can give me

You have a CWS infection. Could you click here to download CWShredder by Merijn Bellekom and run it, hit 'fix' as opposed to 'scan only'.

CWS installs via the byte verifier exploit in MS JavaVM, so just surfing a page with an infected applet can install it with no user participation. Once you’ve run the above, it is vitally important that you go here, click Scan for updates in the main frame, and download and install all CRITICAL updates recommended.

Then create a new folder called C:\HijackThis, extract the HijackThis.exe file from the zip file into the new folder and run it from there. This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong. Rescan with HJT and post a new log here so that any remnants can be removed manually.
Hi Daemon Thanks for your reply I did exactly as you said .It seems like it worked .My screen come up blank .and the address that was there seems to be gone
I Re ran the high jack this program and this is what came back to me

I don't see the few lines
with the mshp.dll that i thought might have something to do with it
Just a quick question i run Macafee why would that not find the problem or does that just look for some type of virius instead of something like this
Thanks again
Mike

Your log looks OK now. McAfee may detect some CWS variants but new ones emerge frequently - CWShredder is the best tool to fight it as it's updated as soon as new variants are identified.
