Hi! I open Explorer and a blue page cautioning me appears. After i go to my desired web site a nasty XXX page appears called teenstrax . Thanks!

First of all, click here to download TheKillbox by Option^Explicit. Extract it from the zip file to your Desktop and double click it to open it up. In the 'Enter Full Path and Filename to Delete' box, copy and paste these entries one by one, clicking 'Find and Kill This File' after each one:

Click 'Exit' when done.

If you receive a message such as: "Component 'MsComCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when trying to run TheKillbox, click here to download and run missingfilesetup.exe. Then try TheKillbox again.

Using Explorer, go to C:\!Submit and find the following file: reg33.exe - zip it up and send to this e-mail address including a link to this thread in the body of the email.

Create a new folder called C:\HijackThis, move the HijackThis.exe file into the new folder and run it from there. This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong and avoids them cluttering up your desktop. Make sure that you have no other browser windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':

That looks OK - have your problems been resolved now? The file never made it through for some reason - could you resend to [removed] Thanks

Hi! I tried to send the file reg33.exe from the C:/!submit folder but hotmail or yahoo does not let me attach it because they prompt me that the file has a virus. What can i do to send it to you? Can i just erase it? I ran the antivirus but still it is recognized as a virus this reg33.exe . Thanks, Noel. PD- The browser is no longer hijacked! Thxs a lot!
