Hi,I`d be grateful for any help given here.Anyway each time I open up IE my homepage comes up but so does omegasearch.I ran hijack this and saw the parts relating to omegasearch,I did wrong and fixed them before posting here.Anyway things were then ok,but it still happens.So here is what I get when I run hijackthis.

Make sure that you have no browser windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':

Click here, for instructions on how to enable hidden files and folders to be visible. After enabling, reboot into safe mode by tapping F8 after the BIOS has loaded, find and delete the following:

C:\PROGRA~1\cdrom mags\ <– folder

Reboot back into normal mode, rescan with HJT and post a new log here for a final check over.

Looks better. Click here to make sure that you have the latest patches for Windows. It's very important to keep your system up to date to avoid unnecessary security risks.
