S&d Resident Msg Pop Up

why does a S&D Resident msg pop up twice per page asking me to allow or block Avenue A.Inc everytime i check my hotmail account at hotmail.com and some other websites. Is this familiar to anyone? Is there anyway i can get rid of this annoyance? ive attached a screen shot of the pop up to give u some idea. Thanks.

Hi faiz2k The program is protecting you by blocking bad downloads. You can change it via the advanced user option. Let us know if you still have questions. M2S

thanks M2S but i have since then clean installed windows so erradicate the problem. i dont have email notification on which is why i am responding a month later. sorry about that.
