Alright. Did all that. Was glad to see it off comp, but its back. I'm considering dousing computer with diesel and igniting it off a cliff. But that won't get me anywhere I'm afraid.

I found the first one in registarlite to delete, however the second one ( HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run ) didn't show up. Everything else went according to your master plan….except that othb is still running around like a biznitch.
I don't have any other user accounts. I did go through and double check everything agian, and IPEE is still showing up in folders after reboot. However, I redid what you told me to do with Registar Lite. I noticed that the key " Aaou " was in both of the registry spots you had me check. But when I deleted one of them, the other would go away. I tried it both ways, deleting one first…then rebooting and deleting the second one first. Are you sure that that is arson??? I wuold think burning the file othb.exe would be considered rightful justice.
Hmmm…. Do the registry search again, and post the results. Then check back later this eveing (Sunday evening). I'm going to solicit help. :)

Take a break. Smoke a stogie. Eat. Do the things that need to be done. I'll check back in Sunday late night. Gotta work late again. :(
The experts say to boot in "safe" mode and login as Administrator.
(I assume if you only have one account, that it has "Administrator" priviledges, and that it would do. See the text at the end of this post)

Paste this into Reglit's address bar and hit 'Go'

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

In the right pane on this key and choose 'Delete':

Aaou

Paste this into Reglit's address bar and hit 'Go'

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

In the right pane on this key and choose 'Delete':

Aaou

After both keys have been removed, boot in normal mode and delete:

C:\Program Files\ipee <– FOLDER

Then post a new log file.
:)

S-1-5-18: That's the LocalSystem SID (Security Descriptor). From Microsoft

Description

A service account that is used by the operating system. The Local System account is a powerful account that has full access to the system and acts as the computer on the network. If a service logs on to the Local System account on a domain controller, that service has access to the entire domain. Some services are configured by default to log on to the Local System account. Do not change the default service setting. The name of the account is LocalSystem. This account does not have a password.

Log on in Safe Mode, and login as Administrator. Open Regedit/Registrar Lite, and try it again…

I did what you asked. But same results. Once I deleted the key " Aaou " from " S-1-5-18 " it was gone from the Default as well. When I reboot in safe mode, I have two accounts to choose from. My axccount….and one named "Administrator. I did reglite in both accounts there. Same thing. And I just logged back on without safe mode and "Aaou " was back in the reglite again. Here is the scan of Regscan after I deleted the IPEE folder.
