I have an elderly hard drive that needs to replaced before it goes belly up. Is there program that will take all the data off the old HD and set it up on a new one??

When you buy a new hard drive they ususlly come with a floppy that contains a utility that wll do that. I use western digital drives and have never had a problem with their data transfer program.
