Aurora Pop-Ups

Hello- I followed all instructions and had troubles deleting the file "C:\WINDOWS/system32\SvmpleRegistry.dll" and it gave me this error message: "cannot delete SvmpleRegistry; it is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using this file and try again"

I had nothing open when this message showed up and I don't understand. also, my computer will reboot for no reason and when it reboots will display the message: "winlogon.exe encountered a problem and needed to close".
