window keeps popping up, telling me ive got Trojan.Webus virus but cant repair it!

there is a new variant, update your AV and rescan.

if that dosnt work boot into SAFE MODE by tapping the F8 key during a restart. chose SAFE MODE from the options. then run your AV.
also might try a online scan or two here:

Norton
Panda Activescan
TrendMicro
once its gone and everything looks ok, turn off system restore, reboot then turn it back on and reboot once more. this will delete older possibly 'infected" archives and force anew restore point on a clean system.
