Hello sycomiko, Welcome to TomCoyote forum.

my computer seems to start mozilla slow and in spybots start up part ctfmon always comes up nomatter what i do i cant seem to find a virus or any spyware related to that in my sysetem. is that my cause or am i just paraniod.

I don't see anything in your log you should be concerned about. I did look it the item you mentioned and here is some information about it.
http://castlecops.com/s795-ctfmon_exe.html
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?…kb;en-us;282599

I suggest:

Spybot and Ad-aware have both recently released new versions, Spybot to 1.04 and Ad-aware to 1.06. Here is a link where you can make sure you have the new versions and are properly configured: http://tomcoyote.org/aawsb.php

Check to make sure all maintenance proceedures are being followed, here are some links:
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documen…kd_tro_hgle.asp
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documen…mb_tol_vvcu.asp

A good cleaning may be in order, here is a very good free utility to accomplish this for you:
http://www.ccleaner.com/

Another thing I might ask is if this slowdown coincided with the SP2 download, if so issues caused by the download could be responsible, here is information you need to know:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/sp2_whattoknow.mspx

I do have Firefox onboard but not Mozilla, perhaps a reinstall would help???

Since you are clean, I will leave you with some information to help you stay that way.
Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:
