I am new to this forum, so I apologize in advance if I'm not doing this right.
I have AdAware, Spybot, Pest Patrol, Spybouncer, Norton Antivirus, Windows
auto-updates. I can't clean off FunWeb products. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello gekgek, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. If you are still looking for help, follow these directions.

1) HijackThis.exe is still in a temporary folder. Go back to Docs and Settings and RIGHT click on a blank spot then create a NEW FOLDER. Move the HJT.exe and any logs there into that folder. Here is a tutorial if you need it: http://russelltexas.com/malware/faqhijackthis.htm This is VIP please do not proceed until this is done.

2) You have mentioned that you are using a rouge spyware program called: Spybouncer. Please see the information about that product in this link: http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm Uninstall the program if it is still installed.

3) There are items that may indicate a CoolWebSearch infection. Please download CoolWebShredder from this link: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Popu…WShredder.shtml Run the program and UPDATE it first. Then click on FIX not scan and allow it to run. If anything is located and removed, let me know about that in the next post.,

4) Items in the log indicate they are trojans, run these two free online scans and set them to fix or clean anything located, make a note of anything that can't be fixed, the complete name and location.

5) Use the instruction in the following link for your Operating System to start your computer in Safe Mode:

6) Once you are in Safe Mode, open HijackThis and click on Scan. Put a check in the box in front of these line items (some may be gone, just don't miss any)

RIGHT click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these files and folders if there…don't miss any!

Clean Like this: Start, Run type "cleanmgr" without the quotes then ok. Check and remove anything windows locates. Empty the recycle bin and restart the computer. Use the following two links to stay in this thread. Post a new log along with the information I asked for and and feedback you think we should have.
