Can't update windows or run ad aware spybot or SAV

When you navigate to this key, what is listed in the Right Pane?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wuauserv



Were you able to do this?

Go to Start>Run and key in:
regsvr32 wuaueng.dll Note the space.
Click on OK or hit ENTER, wait a few seconds, then click on OK in the
RegSvr32 dialogue box

I did go to HKEY, but did see anything about the flag. Its cool now for some reason today my computer was able to update windows. weird! Thanks so much for all of your help I really appreciate it!! You rock!

yeah I did that. The weird thing is after I did all of that I went to microsoft web page and tried to get an update, I kept getting that error number. Then the next day I tried the update again and it worked!
