HiJack This Log - Any Advice welcome

Here's a copy of my HiJackThis log. I'm having trouble browsing the web. My connection isn't the problem - it works fine on other computers and runs full speed for e-mail clients, ftp clients, etc. Just mega slow loading of pages in both IE and Firefox. I've done a reinstall of Firefox just to be sure it wasn't corrupted, and it didn't fix anything. So maybe there's something else chewing up my bandwidth that I'm overlooking. Also - I've updated and run Spybot S&D several times, Norton Antivirus, AdAware SE, and A-squared. These found and vanquished a few things, but still didn't help the browsing problem.

So anyway - here's the log:

Any ideas? Anyone?
Hello and Welcome to TomCoyote forum. Humm, just needs advice. Well, I see some bad stuff and we will do some cleaning and check for hidden trojans if you wish. For your benefit, I see what you said about Spybot and Ad-aware. Just to be positive you have the newest (both just released) use this link to check and also to configure properly: http://tomcoyote.org/aawsb.php

1) Let's get that HJT.exe off the Desktop. Do this for me, open your C:\ and RIGHT click a blank spot then make a new folder. Name it HJT, then move the HJT.exe into that folder. Now it looks like this: C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe and can store logs,
backups for safety and the HJT.exe. You can create a shortcut to the Desktop for ease of working if you wish, just be sure everyone in the house knows to leave it alone. It can be very dangerous in untrained hands. Thanks.

2) Download CCleaner from this link: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Take the time to review the instructions on the download page so that when I ask you to run it you will know what you are doing.

3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Tsa2] C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\tsa\tsm2.exe
TargetSaver adware >>
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcen…argetsaver.html

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

SHOW HIDDEN FILES: Follow the instructions in the link to enable hidden files for your operating system.
You may wish to reverse this process if you have any concern about anyone getting into these hidden system files.
http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html

RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\PROGRAM FILES~1\COMMON~1\tsa\ >>> Folder

Locate C:\Windows\Prefetch folder and open it. Delete the contents of the folder (NOT THE FOLDER) if there are many choose Edit then Select all then Delete. You may not be able to remove them all, don't be concerned unless any have the name of the items we need to remove. Here is some information about the Prefetch for you:
http://techrepublic.com.com/5100-6270-5165773.html
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1683520,00.asp

(optional…if you want a double check run it)
Let's check for trojans in case any are hiding, run this free online scan, scan the whole system. Let me know what it finds and the exact name and location of anything it locates but can't remove. You may be asked to install an ActiveX, please do so as this program is safe and it can not run without it.
http://www.windowsecurity.com/trojanscan/

Run CCleaner then restart the computer and post a new log in this same thread along with any feedback you have. Let us know how you are running.

Thanks…pskelley

PURGE SYSTEM RESTORE
When you are completely finished with the removal procedure and are satisfied that the threat has been removed follow these instruction:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgen…src=sec_doc_nam
Thanks for all the suggestions. I did them exactly as you specified. I fixed the two entries you noted from my first HJT log file and ran the online version of A-sqaured from your link. It found no malware installed. Then I ran CCleaner, and finally ran HJT again to produce this log:
