OK!

Download Swap.zip. Extract it but don't use it yet.

Run and scan with HijackThis. With all other browsers and windows closed, place a check beside the following and fix:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {467FAEB2-5F5B-4c81-BAE0-2A4752CA7F4E} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\W8C6S4~1.DLL (file missing)

Browse to where you unzipped the Swap.zip files. Run Swap.bat. This will create a log at C:\log.txt. It will also reboot your PC.

Post the contents of the log created by Swap.bat and a new HijackThis log please.

Hey, I dont know how long this swap.bat scan is supposed to take but its going on 20minutes now. While I am waiting I thought that I would let you know that a new folder has magically appeared. The path is: C:\!Submit and the only file inside is our old friend 7h9yelkdsxi7.dll from 8-9 posts ago.

When this is all done you can delete the !Submit folder. I'm not sure how long that scan will take… if you are too tired shayburgh, go to bed, let the scan finish what its doing and just post the logs tomorrow :) Edit: Or later today in your case.

Download Registrar Lite.

Copy this into notepad for reference during the fix.

Open registrar lite and Copy and paste the following into the address bar and click go:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows

Look in the right pane and doublclick on the AppInit_DLLs key to open it. Look at the Value box and clear anything in it by backspacing over it. OK out and close registrar lite.

Run and scan with HijackThis. With all other browsers and windows closed, place a check beside the following and fix:

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: 4ixkr74d1eubod5.dll

Run CCleaner.

Disconnect from the internet. Unplug the cable to your modem if need be.

Open Killbox. Check the following boxes:

Standard File Kill
End Explorer Shell While Killing file

Copy & paste the full path of each of the files below into the Killbox topmost box:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\7h9yelkdsxi7.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\re2sp177mej13.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\rtu60m8t4d.dll

With the full path to the file name in the topmost textbox. Click the Red X …and for the confirmation message that will appear, you will need to click Yes

Do this for each of the files listed. Some may not be deleted. Make sure you keep a list of them.

When you are through the list, use killbox to delete the files you were not able to delete as follows.

Open Killbox

Check the following boxes:

Delete on Reboot

With the full path to the file name in the topmost textbox. Click the Red X …and for the confirmation message that will appear, you will need to click Yes
A second message will ask to Reboot now? you will need to click No (since you are not finished adding all related files in yet)

Click yes on the last file.

After the Reboot….

Download Dllcompare here: http://www.downloads.subratam.org/DllCompare.exe and put it on your desktop. Open Dllcompare. It is preset to scan the System32 directory, so nothing other than you clicking the [Run locate.com] button is required.

When the scan is complete, you will see in blue Completed the scan, Click Compare to Continue at which time you will click the [Compare] button.

It will sort through the files it found and determine which should be flagged as "No access" and display them in the lower box.

In a few minutes it will complete.

Click the button [Make a Log of what was Found]

Post the results of that log along with a new HijackThis log please.

Hmmm…. 020 is still there….

Copy this into notepad for reference.

Open registrar lite and Copy and paste the following into the address bar and click go:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows

Look in the right pane and doublclick on the AppInit_DLLs key to open it. Look at the Value box and clear anything in it by backspacing over it. OK out and close registrar lite.

Run and scan with HijackThis. With all other browsers and windows closed, place a check beside the following and fix:

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: umuhz1ow52.dll

Disconnect from the internet. Opn Killbox. Check the following boxes:

Delete on Reboot

Copy/Paste the following into the top text field:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\umuhz1ow52.dll

Click Yes at the prompts.

Post a new HijackThis log after you have rebooted.
