Thank you for the help!

You will need to disable Teatimer tutorial here >>>> http://russelltexas.com/malware/teatimer.htm

Download this tool: LQfix.zip
Unzip it to your Desktop.
Don't use it yet!

IMPORTANT! Reboot the computer into Safe Mode (tap F8 during bootup, use arrow keys to select Safe Mode, then hit 'enter').

Doubleclick LQfix.bat that you saved on your desktop before.
A doswindow will open and close again, that is normal.

NEXT

As much as I am loathe to use an uninstaller sponsored by the Spyware company involved, what you have is very difficult to remove manually. However, it has been tested by some of our spyware researchers and no unexpected results or additional malware installs were noted at this time. Give this a try:
http://www.mypctuneup.com/evaluate.php

And only use it for this particular infection.

Follow the instructions for removal, reboot the PC and then post a new HijackThis log
Great, thanks! I did both tasks. Here is the new HiackThis log:

Reboot. Running ok?
Yeah, I'm running much better. Thanks a million! I think the system is getting pretty clean. I was wondering about StyleXP by TGTSoft. Is it OK?

I can't thank you enough for your help!
It is an optioanl removal. I would remove it

Name StyleXP
Command StyleXP.exe
Status Uknown
Description StyleXP allows you customize the way WinXP looks. If disabled via msconfig it re-instates itself at reboot, therefore uninstall it if you don't want it

If you dont have these three programs I would recommend that you get them. Spywareblaster, Spywareguard and IESPY AD. They will add 1000's of sites to your resticted zone and block some hijacks from happening. In my signature below is also a tutorial on how to harden IE, a good read and very helpful to stop these things in the future. I also have a FREE FIREWALL and FREE ANTI VIRUS if you need one.

It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system.

Keep your system up to date and run Adaware & Spybot, once a week works, and hopefully you will be ok from here on.

Safe Surfing. :D
