Hello Denise, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. If you still need help, please follow these instructions.

1) Download CCleaner from this link: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Please take the time to read the instructions on the home page so you will know what to do when I ask you to run it.

2) Looks to me that HJT on the Desktop needs a folder. Point your mouse to a blank spot on the Desktop and RIGHT click it and make a new folder named HJT. Move HJT.exe into that folder along with the log that should be there. HJT needs this folder to store backups for safety also. It will now look like this in your log:
C:\Documents and Settings\Denise\Desktop\HJT\HijackThis.exe

3) You have items in running programs that do not identify by conventional means. As such we call them random named trojans. Please look at them and if you do not know what they are we will remove them as part of the cleaning process. These first three are those items:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\iphrip.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\iphrip.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\intsw.exe

C:\Program Files\Media Pass\MediaPass.exe
C:\Program Files\Media Pass\MediaPassK.exe
http://castlecops.com/startuplist-7434.html

Open Add Remove programs. look for and uninstall any of these above items that are there.
Now open Task Manager then the Processes tab. Highlite and end process on any that are there.

Open HJT and Do a system scan only then check the box in front of each of these line items:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Media Pass] C:\Program Files\Media Pass\MediaPass.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ap9h4qmo] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ap9h4qmo.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [rF2Q3nS] iphrip
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AutoLoaderrsts1bPgULXJ] "C:\WINDOWS\system32\iphrip.exe" /HideDir /HideUninstall /PC="CP.CDT3" /ShowLegalNote="nonbranded"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AutoLoaderrsta1bPgULXJ] "C:\WINDOWS\system32\iphrip.exe"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [aot4RheqP] intsw.exe

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows then click on "Fix checked"

SHOW HIDDEN FILES: Follow the instructions in the follow link to enable hidden files for your operating system.
You may wish to reverse this process if you have any concern about anyone getting into these hidden system files.
http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html

RIGHT click on Start then click on Explore, locate and delete these files or folders:

C:\Program Files\Media Pass\ >>> folder

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ap9h4qmo.exe >>> file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\iphrip.exe >>> file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\intsw.exe >>> file

Run CCleaner, then post a new log to see where we are, please stay in this same thread and do include your comments.

Whille I am looking over the log, because there were trojans present, I would like you to run this free online trojan scan to make sure we got them. Set the scan to clean and scan at least the C drive. If you get a request to install an ActiveX please do so as the scan can't run without it. Let me know if it finds anything, the exact name and location of anything it can't remove.

Thanks for your help. Attached is the log file after doing all of your suggestions.

You are so welcome, I wish to mention that free training classes are available if you would ever like to learn more about your computer and perhaps help other too. HJT is a great tool but it can't see everything and I will assume since you did not mention the trojan scan that the results were negative. Looks like you are clean…great job of following those directions. Now to keep you that way here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:
