Mediaaccess Problem

It seems that even though I tried several usual methods, XSoftSpy (4.09), AdAware SE, SpyBot S&D, HijackThis, the MediaAcess is the nasty little bugger that refuses to be determinated. Anyway this is my is my HijackThis log.

Open Task Manager and under the Processes tab, end process on:

(anything else that looks like this junk)

Scan with HijackThis and check the box in front of these link items:

You may wish to reverse this process if you have any concern about anyone getting into these hidden system files.

RIGHT click on Start then click Explore. Locate and delete these folders:

C:\Program Files\Preview AdService\ >>> folder

Empty the recycle bin and restart the computer. Surf a bit to see how you are running then post a new log, stay in this thread and include your comments or any information you think I should have.
