if anyone could help i would be so happy. im extremly depressed at the moment
Hello Scea_Baby Welcome to TomCoyote forum. I must let you know that the reason for your problems is the lack of any critical updates for your IE browser including Service Pk1. I do not suggest you even consider SP2 at this time, perhaps when you are cleaned up? Here is what I would like you to do.

1) Visit Windows Updates and install SP1 and all critical hotfixes windows suggests for your Operating system.

2) Move HijackThis.exe from the temporary zip files into a permanent folder. Here are instructions for doing that: http://russelltexas.com/malware/faqhijackthis.htm

3) We need to run our big guns for cleaning out malware. Ad-aware and Spybot can get the areas we can't reach with the HJT tool. I am going to give you links to tutorials and it is important that you take the time to review the information, then to download, update, configure exactly as in the tutorials and remove what is suggested in the tutorials. Make notes of anything these two programs can't remove, the exact name and location of the item. Run Spybot first, if you receive any DSO Exploit notifications, ignore them and please do not activate TeaTimer at this time, once you are clean you may activate it. If Spybot removes anything reboot before running Ad-aware SE Personal.
Spybot:

Ad-aware:

4) Run these two free online scans, have then fix or clean anything they locate. If they find something they can't fix I need the exact name and location of that item/items. If you are prompted to allow ActiveX for the scan, do so as the scans are safe and will not run without it.

http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/co…n_principal.htm

5) When the above is complete, stay in this thread and post a new log. Include information about the scans I asked for and any feedback you think will help. There will be more to do.

Thanks…pskelley
