Below is my HiJack this log. I am concerned about the entries in bold. Are any of them a virus, spyware, etc? I don't want to delete anything that should be kept.

My home page was hijacked but I have fixed that. The problem that I have is that a program called dload.exe keeps running on its own and uses 70% or more cpu.

Also, a porn exe called 127021.exe keeps running. I have ended it and deleted the file but it keeps coming back. It appears in the root in C. There are multiple instances of this program running. I left my computer on when I went out for a bit, and when I came back there were 15 instances of this program running. It seems to make another instance at least every hour.

Thanks for the help.
