When you install a new software, it sometimes asks you to reboot your computer. It takes times, so instead of doing that, try this: Open a task manager (alt+ctrl+del), close an explorer.exe process (all icons and a task bar will disappear), then, open "file" in the task manager, after that click "new task", and write explorer.exe in a window. Click "ok" (icons and a task bar will appear again). It's all, new settings are in use.
