Thanks for help in advance
Hi smon05, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. Do us a favor please, and do not start multiple posts. Open only one thread and stick with it. This often results in duplication of efforts. Thanks.

Here is some information about files sharing programs to avoid and some that are safe to use.
http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/p2p/

Then tools you ran did a good job, we can remove a couple of items.
This one is nasty, please review the information in the link:
C:\Program Files\Visual Networks\Visual IP InSight\SBC\IPClient.exe
http://computercops.biz/startuplist-1690.html

Open Task Manager and under the Processes Tab, end process on this item:
IPClient.exe

Scan with HijackThis and check each of these item:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.seekerbar.com/ie.aspx?tb_id=50154
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IPInSightLAN 01] "C:\Program Files\Visual Networks\Visual IP InSight\SBC\IPClient.exe" -l
(not complere, if you are using this Pager you may want to reinstall it)
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Yahoo! Pager] 1

Close all program but HJT then click on "Fix Checked"

RIGHT click on Start, then click on Explore, locate and delete this file:
C:\Program Files\Visual Networks\Visual IP InSight\SBC\IPClient.exe >>> file
Empty the recycle bin. restart the computer. Stay in this same thread and post another log for a last look. I will have some great information to help you stay clean and safe online at that point.
Thanks…pskelley
