Hi JamesXP, Welcome to TomCoyote.org I am tj416 and I will be assisting you with your problem. I am checking your log now and will reply to this topic as soon as I have a answer for you.
Hi jamesXP,

Go to My Computer>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and uninstall:
Spyware Begone-Spyware Begone includes aggressive advertising and false positives work as goad to purchase. The free scanner uses out of date ref database. For more information click here .Uninstalling Spyware Begone is optional.

Then, go to the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and kill this process:
xpsp2fw.exe

You are running HJT in Winzip, this prevents HJT from creating backups. You should extract it to a permanent folder before fixing items in HJT.

Then, open Hijack This!, run a scan and check these items:

Hi JamesXP,

Please do not post new logs in a different thread. You should always post them in the thread you initially started by clicking on 'Add Reply'. If you can't find the thread you initially started, you can use My Assistant to find the thread.

Open Hijack This!, run a scan and check this item:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://realsearch.cc/

Now please close all windows and browsers, except HijackThis, and have HijackThis fix it by clicking on Fix Checked.

Then, reboot and post a new log in this thread to make sure that the malware items are fixed.

Hi JamesXP,

Your log looks clean.

To prevent re-infection in the future:
1.I suggest you download Spyware Blaster to prevent the installation of Spyware in the first place.

2.IE-Spyad puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all and I suggest you download it.

3. I noticed that you do not have a firewall and that makes you vulnerable to Hackers. I recommend you use Zone Alarm or Kerio Firewall

4.I recommend that you read a thead titled So how do I get infected in the first place? by Tony Klien which informs you on how to tighten the security of your PC.

TJ
TJ, Thank you for all your help. I mean it. I will donate funds. And heed your words of council. Now, get some rest. Thanks again. JamesXP
