I recently switched to Mozilla Firebird and whenever I try to load a new page within these forums, Mozilla sits there saying "waiting for forums.tomcoyote.org"(at the bottom) and doesn't even start loading for about 15 seconds. Mozilla is fast loading the main page, it is just these forums that it gets caught up on.
The forums have been pretty slow for me too… to the point of being very hard to surf around… the popularity of the forum is growing and like Zero said, the other sites are also getting hit pretty hard. Servers are having a hard time to cope with the excess traffic at peak times.
