Looks promising. With only HJT running, fix these:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\lywdl.dll/sp.html#32777
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\lywdl.dll/sp.html#32777
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\WINDOWS\lywdl.dll/sp.html#32777
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

Reboot and post a new log.

The only thing now is this: A script is accessing some software (an ActiveX control) on this page which has been marked safe for scripting. Do you want to allow this? Yes or No I am assuming that this is from all of the settings?

Do you still require assistance or should I close this topic?

Everything is running pretty smoothly, seems to be a little slower that when we first got the Comp. but no more spyware/hijacked home page.
You're welcome - glad to help :D

To help keep you clean follow the recommendations in Tony's article here:

So how did I get infected in the first place?
