Hi welcome to TOM COYOTE FORUMS

First of all uninstall SPYKILLER with the add/remove programs utility
This program gives false positives in order to entice people to buy it. Detailed steps on uninstalling below
Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
In the Control Panel window, double-click Add/Remove Programs.

Please download and run Adaware & Spybot Then follow the instructions in the link below to run.

Do the following online scans

trendmicro

panda scan
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

You NEED a newer version of hijackthis. The current version is 1.98.2
Get it here
It is important that you get a newer version because some infections are not detected with a older hijackthis

After that REBOOT and
POST the new log in this thread using 'Add Reply'

Also download from Cnet.com a program called pop up stopper or go to www. panicware.com and download it. It will stop almost all pop ups

3.) DO Not post help or your HijackThis Log to another user's hijackthis log unless you have been given permission to do so,
not following this guideline can get you banned from this forum

Its on every posting page and is there for a reason.

When you reply to a topic it STOPS our helpers from seeing a topic without replies - so you could have stopped this victim from getting an answer from an 'expert'.
